Must have items for a Coachella checklist
Serious festival vibes coming at you. Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival is known for hosting the hottest musical acts in the world, but the fashion and festival shenanigans are entertainment in their own right. Before you pack your bags to Indio, California here are a few things that are sure to make the experience hit a high note.
(Walgreens.com; $9.99) Splat Iridescent Halo Spray is an ‘out of this world’ sparkle, shimmer, and shine that guarantees eye-catchy results! Micro glitters attach to your hair weightlessly, reflecting and refracting light while adding a tint of color to amp up your style. The Splat Iridescent Halo Spray is available in four shimmery colors: Cosmic Pink, Solar Yellow, Stellar Blue, and Galaxy Purple.
Sunnies and Stunna Shades
I LOVE any opportunity to wear funky shades and Coachella is that moment. Top Shop, Le Specs and Quay are hot brands right now and I can’t get enough!
Goody Classics Fabric Headband
($24, Sephora.com) Simply marvelous! Each shade has a unique combination of color-flip pigments, pearls and shimmer particles to maximize the high-impact, color-changing, sparkle effect. A lightweight feel, non-transfer, pigment-packed color, shimmery laydown and skin-loving ingredients make this formula a dazzling delight. A few of the shades appear more in your face glittery and a couple have surprisingly subtle shimmers. I’m really into the subtle shimmer right now as its just a hint of glam without trying to hard. The fact that they come in colors such as “Kitten” and “Charmed” makes that that much more fabulous.
C’est Moi Visionary Makeup Crayons

The crayon can be eye liner or full shadow or fun designs on the cheek. Stick on in your fanny pack or even pocket for touch ups during the day. Having a practical purpose for after the festival as every day wear, makes these a must have makeup item on the packing list.
Sol de Janeiro GLOWMOTIONS
($35 each, Sephora.com)
In Brazil, glowing skin is a year-round obsession. GLOWMOTIONS is an illuminating, skin-smoothing collection to wrap the body with a gorgeous range of glow shades and glow effects for every mood.
Goldie Rocks, Master Flash, Samba Sway are a few of the shades that add a little sparkle to a festival look. Besides the shades of glow these oils do not transfer. That means that after applying the flashy glow it only sticks to the skins its on. You won’t be that person who is getting everyone on them slicked up with glitter oil. It will just be you out in the crowd rocking a little extra shimmer.
